We have our own RESPECT Instructors who ensure that all our bed watching staff are trained effectively according to their role, with regular review training to maintain effective learning and skill sets for service delivery.

We understand that patients requiring a bed watch service may require an extended stay in the hospital and we are ready and prepared for that. Our teams operate in shifts, for as long as you need us there. We ensure that each team member provides their replacement with accurate and up-to-date information on the patient’s condition.
