Our services address the specific needs of a safe and secure transport service, which supports our clients’ needs and the care pathways of their patients.
We look to support you in your service improvements and in constantly developing our understanding of the patients’ needs.
Our services include secure patient transport for all levels of sectioned or non-sectioned patients.

We're Here For You
We offer journeys to and from secure and non-secure locations, NHS or private hospitals, courts, police stations, places of residence or community locations and places of safety; we are here to support you.
Our staff are trained and qualified to RESPECT level, as approved through NAViGO Health and the BILD Code of Practice through our RESPECT trained instructors.

Safe Restraint
All staff are trained in the safer handling use of soft cuff restraint systems as part of our in depth training program.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
The safe transfer of all our patients is our top priority, including in times of special clinical need such as Coronavirus and other pandemics.
You can be assured with Amvale that all staff are equipped and trained in full PPE specific to their role and operate to full robust policies and procedures, including in relation to COVID-19 and the Coronavirus.
Amvale also employs the use of their own sanitiser unit that applies a powerful disinfectant throughout potentially contaminated areas in aerosol form, sanitising the air and all exposed surfaces, including floors, ceilings, carpets, corners and crevices. The particles are so small that they can pass into HEPA filters of air-conditioning units.
There are no risks to people, surfaces or electronic equipment, and upon completion of the process, there are no wet patches or traces of residue.
